We collect only your name and phone number when you opt in to SMS messages.
We use it only to send you the messages you agreed to receive.

When you opt in to our SMS program via Led Zone Corp SMS Opt-In, we collect:
- Full Name – To personalize messages
- Phone Number – To deliver SMS (stored in E.164 format: e.g., +15551234567)
- Consent Timestamp – Date/time you opted in
- IP Address & User Agent – For fraud prevention and legal compliance
We do NOT collect: location, contacts, photos, or any other personal data.
2. How We Use Your Information
Your data is used solely for:
- Sending SMS messages you consented to (promotions, order updates, etc.)
- Confirming opt-in/opt-out requests
- Complying with TCPA, CTIA, and CCPA regulations
- Preventing fraud or abuse
3. Legal Basis for Processing (CCPA & GDPR)
- Consent – You explicitly check the box and submit the form
- Record of Consent – Stored with timestamp, IP, and user agent
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
We share your phone number only with:
- SMS Provider (e.g., Twilio, Nexmo) – To send messages
- Legal Authorities – If required by law
We never sell, rent, or share your data for marketing.
5. Data Retention
- Active Subscribers: Retained until you opt out
- After Opt-Out: Anonymized within 30 days. Consent record kept for 5 years (TCPA compliance)

You have the right to:
- Access your data
- Delete your data (opt out + request removal)
- Opt Out at any time via STOP or email
- Non-Discrimination – No penalty for exercising rights
7. How to Exercise Your Rights
We respond within 10 business days (CCPA) or 30 days (GDPR).
